Peninsula Clean Energy invests in energy programs and rebates to reduce carbon emissions, including rebates for heat pump water heaters, heat pump HVAC systems, and energy efficiency upgrades, as well as zero-interest loans of up to $10,000.

San Francisco Public Utilities Commission - Sign Up For Savings
